Hula-Bond aluminium composite panel consists of two sheets of aluminium bonded to a polyethylene core. The panel is available in a range of metallic and non-metallic PVDF paint finishes in both standard and custom sizes.
The standard panel thicknesses are 4 and 6 mm. Other thickness can be manufactured on request to cater for specific applications.
The standard skin gauge is 0.50 mm.
The standard alloy used is AA3003 H44.
With 3 200 mm x 1 250 mm being the standard, panels up to 3 600 x 1 500 mm can be supplied on request.
