Designed in Germany specifically for aluminium, the Mega Roof concealed fix, standing seam roofing system has many features that make it an obvious choice for the most demanding project. Smooth curving allows freedom of design, coupled with a unique clipping system which allows it to withstand hurricane force winds - a major plus in coastal areas.
The mobile mill can produce sheets in excess of 80 meters in length, which eliminates the need for lap joints. Once fixed, the profiles are crimped together with a seaming tool in a separate operation, resulting in a completely watertight roof.
Hula-Span A7 is a high strength trapezoidal sheet specifically designed for aluminium, which gives an excellent spanning/gauge ratio, resulting in maximum economy.
Used mainly for commercial applications, it is available in Mill-Tech and Color-Tech finishes, plain or stucco embossed. Lengths up to 13.5 metres are available as standard. Longer lengths available subject to enquiry and availability of transport.
Flexibility in design is achieved by using the cranking method to generate forward and reverse curves.
Hula-Span S13.5 is an aesthetically pleasing sinusoidal profile based on the original Victorian style S Rib profile. It gives maximum spanning and water shedding capacity for its class. Its uses range from the re-roofing of national monuments, roofing on up-market housing estates and casinos, to the insulation covers for hot storage tanks. This profile is the most economical of all Hula-Span profiles, and is available in Mill-Tech and Color-Tech finishes, plain or stucco embossed.
